Senior Systems Engineer for Qellus, LLC will report to our Mount Laurel, NJ HQ loc.

May telecommute.

Perf routine sys monitoring to ensure sys avail + cust specific SLAs are always met. Support new app release mngmnt for cust; establish new process + standards. Identify + adopt tools + tech in support of cust devops initiatives. Design sys access controls based on cust req for content + access mngmnt. Design + support ECM integ w/ ERP sys such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM + Oracle. Mng lrg scale data migrations using various migration or bulk load toolsets. Understand usage statistics + KPIs to optimize cust sys. Document + report any major cust incidents or services disruptions. Design + maintain disaster recovery plans for products in the ECM + OCR space; document, verify + validate disaster recovery procedures. Limited domestic travel may be involved. Wage: $117,915/year.

Must have Masters in Comp Sci, Computer Eng’g, Electronics Eng’g, Applied Comp Sci, or any other rel Eng’g or IT field of study and 3 yrs’ rel exp in IT. Also requires skills (3 yrs’ exp in): OpenText Content Server, OpenText Archive Server/Center, OpenText Directory Services, OpenText Business Center Capture, and OpenText Business Center; Intelligent Capture for SAP Solutions; Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; Windows/Linux servers; Apache Tomcat or Python; AWS or Azure; IIS (Internet Information Services); and one of the following project management tools: JIRA, PowerShell or Agile Craft. Alternatively, may have Bachelors in Comp Sci, Computer Eng’g, Electronics Eng’g, Applied Comp Sci, or any other rel Eng’g or IT field of study and 5 yrs’ rel exp in IT. Also requires skills (5 yrs’ exp in): OpenText Content Server, OpenText Archive Server/Center, OpenText Directory Services, OpenText Business Center Capture, and OpenText Business Center; Intelligent Capture for SAP Solutions; Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; Windows/Linux servers; Apache Tomcat or Python; AWS or Azure; IIS (Internet Information Services); and one of the following project management tools: JIRA, PowerShell or Agile Craft.
